Privacy policy
DreamYourEvent connects companies with venues for business events. This page explains which data we process, why, with whom and for how long. The French version of this page prevails.

Data and purposes
- Call-back, availability and quote requests (name, company, work email, phone, date, attendees, budget, message, venue): to handle your request (pre-contractual steps, GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Organizer and professional accounts (email, hashed password, organization, role, session): to provide your workspace (contract, art. 6.1.b).
- Profile (name, phone), events and bookings (programme, date, attendees, budget, packages, messages with venues, deposit and billing details; never card numbers), first names and choices of participants invited by link, their allergies (health data, only with their explicit consent, seen by the organizer and the venue only), and reviews.
- Listing claims (name, email, phone, position, message): to check that you manage the venue.
- Security (IP address, technical logs, audit of sensitive admin actions): to protect the service (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).
Recipients
- Requests about a partner venue go to its managers; our team steps in if they do not reply within two hours.
- Requests about other venues go to our team only, which shares your details with the venue only to organize your event.

Transfers outside the EU
Traffic goes through Cloudflare (United States) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Data is hosted in the European Union.
Retention
- Requests: three years after the last contact.
- Accounts: until deletion; details are erased at once, past bookings are kept without name or contact details for accounting.
- First names, choices and allergies of participants invited by link: erased thirty days after the event.
- Password reset links: thirty minutes; invitations: seven days at most.
- Security logs: twelve months.
- Signed quotes and accounting records: ten years.
Cookies
A single strictly necessary cookie, "mga_session", keeps you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to [email protected]; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
