Terms of sale

1. Parties and booking

• DreamYourEvent (MisterGoodBeer, société par actions simplifiée (sas) au capital de 6 670 €, 9 rue Germaine Tillion, 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine, France, SIREN 819 884 693 — SIRET du siège 819 884 693 00030 — RCS Créteil) organises the booking, collects the payments and invoices them. The venue provides the service on site.
• A request commits no one. The booking becomes firm when the client confirms the venue's answer, or when the venue confirms on the client's behalf after talking to them.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in euros including VAT. The reference price is the one confirmed by the venue, otherwise the estimate of the chosen package.
• A deposit is due on confirmation and holds the space: the share of the price shown in the venue's terms (20 to 100%), or 40% if it shows none; dish choices open once it is received. The balance (the rest of the price) is paid upfront, at the latest 2 days before the event, on the final headcount. Both by card or bank transfer; another person in the company may pay. Extras ordered on site are paid to the venue.

3. Cancellation

• Free cancellation until the period shown on the venue's page (7 days before if none): everything paid is refunded within 14 days.
• After that and until 2 days before, the deposit is kept and any balance paid is refunded. Later, or if the group does not show up, everything paid is kept.
• If the venue cancels, everything paid is refunded within 14 days. In case of force majeure we offer a new date, otherwise a refund.

4. Payment, liability, claims

Late payment between professionals bears penalties of three times the legal interest rate plus a €40 recovery fee (French Commercial Code L441-10).

The venue is responsible for its service, the client for its participants. Our liability, except gross negligence, is limited to the amounts paid for the booking. Claims go to [email protected] within 7 days after the event. No withdrawal right applies. French law; Paris Court of Appeal jurisdiction.
