Terms of use
These terms govern the use of dreamyourevent.com by companies planning events, venues hosting them, and participants who receive a link. The French version prevails.

DreamYourEvent is published by MisterGoodBeer, société par actions simplifiée (sas) au capital de 6 670 €, 9 rue Germaine Tillion, 94200 Ivry-sur-Seine, France, SIREN 819 884 693 — SIRET du siège 819 884 693 00030 — RCS Créteil ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. We help companies find venues for team events, send them requests and manage the event; the venue provides the service on site.
2. Accounts
- Company accounts are for professionals organising business events. Private events are booked on MisterGoodBeer.
- Venue accounts open once our team has checked that the person manages the venue.
- Keep your details accurate and your password private. You can delete your account at any time from "My profile".
3. For companies
- Searching, planning, sending requests, messaging, confirming, choosing dishes and reviewing are free. Only a confirmed booking is paid (40% deposit, then the 60% balance upfront), under our terms of sale.
- A request commits neither you nor the venue until you confirm the venue's answer.
- Shared links (vote, dishes, programme) let anyone who has them act without an account: share them with participants only.
4. For venues
- Keep the listing accurate and publish only content you own the rights to.
- DreamYourEvent packages cost the same as or less than the same service booked directly.
- Answer requests promptly; after two hours our team may step in. A confirmed booking commits the venue.
- Do not move a booking found through DreamYourEvent off the platform. Commercial terms are agreed separately.
5. Reviews
- Only a company that confirmed a booking can review the venue, after the event date, through a personal link sent by email. One review per booking, editable by its author.
- Reviews are never paid for; venues can neither choose nor edit them. They are published without prior check, newest first, and the average covers all published reviews.
- Venues can reply publicly. We remove, once reported to [email protected], unlawful, abusive, off-topic or conflicted reviews, and tell the author why.
6. Content, conduct, liability
You keep ownership of what you publish and allow us to display it on DreamYourEvent and partner sites (including MisterGoodBeer and Schlouk). Fake requests, impersonation, scraping and misuse of contact details are forbidden.
We do our best to keep the site available. The venue alone is responsible for the service it provides on site.
7. Changes and law
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms and update the terms; confirmed bookings keep the version accepted at confirmation. French law applies; disputes between professionals go to the competent courts within the Paris Court of Appeal.
